Can I switch plans later?
You may upgrade your Plan as often as you wish and at any time.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. You may downgrade your Plan once a month, effective the start of the following month.
Do I need to pay on switching plans?
There is no fee to return to the Plan you originally selected
What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept all major credit cards or direct debit and this entitles you to a 10% discount. For any other form of payment we would be happy to assist you
Do you have any other internet packages or plans?
Some Plan Notes:
The abbreviations "M" and "Mbps" means Megabits per second
The abbreviations "MB" and "GB" means MegaBytes and GigaBytes
Rates are VAT Exclusive (MRC and Excess Usage fee)
